What our graduates do

After completing our training, students typically begin working in entry-level healthcare roles, most commonly as Medical Assistants (clinical or administrative), Clinic Assistants, Patient Care Coordinators, and Medical Receptionists.

They work in settings such as primary care clinics, urgent care centers, specialty clinics, and community health centers. We’ve seen many students start with no experience and quickly transition into real jobs.

"Some graduates are now working in busy clinics, assisting providers and caring for patients every day."

The real impact of our program

Beyond getting a job, our program helps students change their lives and their future. Students move from unemployment or low-income jobs into stable healthcare careers, gaining financial stability, confidence, and independence. Many overcome language and education barriers they once thought would hold them back. Our graduates don’t just work—they give back by providing culturally competent care and improving access for multilingual patients, becoming role models in their communities.
